Dusk at the Inn

Once a bustling shipbuilding community that launched over 500 ships into the Bay Fundy, St. Martins is now a tranquil fishing village nestled along the shore.    Seventeen beautifully decorated rooms, furnished in period antiques and queen size beds, with four piece private baths, offer you affordable comfort. Two beautifully appointed suites are available featuring canopy beds & ensuite double whirpool baths.

The Morning room, with its huge cooking hearth to warm you on chilly mornings, serves breakfast and lunch, specializing in homemade breads and rolls. Two candlelit dining rooms, complete with crackling fireplaces and soft music set the scene for some of New Brunswick's finest cuisine. Fresh from the dock seafood is of course the speciality but delicious landlovers fare is also served. The restaurant is open to the public with reservations available upon request.

You can visit the St. Martins Country Inn year round whether it be for fine dining, a romantic interlude, or vast hiking and cross country skiing trails.

In decades past the Vaughan family burned candles in the same bay windows that exist today, as they waited for their loved ones to return from the sea in wooden sailing ships. Today the Saint John airport is located only 40 minutes from the Inn. So whether you're driving or flying we'll burn the candles for you. Come enjoy, relax & discover.
